The Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation says there are eight dimensions of wellness—physical, social, spiritual, emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and financial. But the last one, financial, seems to be the hottest wellness topic right now.
Financial wellness crosses generational lines. Whether you’re a Baby Boomer who wants to retire with enough money to live the dream lifestyle, or a Millennial who wants to retire early and focusing on volunteering, financial wellness is a must. But financial wellness is more than a set number of dollars.
